dt-bindings: qcom,smd-rpm: update maintainers (drop Kathiravan)
Kathiravan's email bounces (585: Recipient address rejected:
undeliverable address: No such user here) so switch maintainers to Andy
and Bjorn (as Qualcomm platform maintainers).
