Merge branch 'tcp-exponential-backoff-in-tcp_send_ack'
Eric Dumazet says: ==================== tcp: exponential backoff in tcp_send_ack() We had outages caused by repeated skb allocation failures in tcp_send_ack() It is time to add exponential backoff to reduce number of attempts.
