Subject: perf evsel: Rename perf_evsel__{str,int}val() and other tracepoint
 field metehods to to evsel__*()

As those are not 'struct evsel' methods, not part of tools/lib/perf/,
aka libperf, to whom the perf_ prefix belongs.
