pevent to tep
Input arguments of libtraceevent APIs are renamed from "struct
tep_handle *pevent" to "struct tep_handle *tep". This makes the API
consistent with the chosen naming convention: tep (trace event parser),
instead of the old pevent.

'struct tep_event'
In order to make libtraceevent into a proper library, variables, data
structures and functions require a unique prefix to prevent name space
conflicts.
This renames 'struct tep_event_format' to 'struct tep_event', which
describes more closely the purpose of the struct.

tep_event_format

structures and functions require a unique prefix to prevent name space

header file
In order to make libtraceevent into a proper library, all its APIs
should be defined in corresponding header files. This patch splits
trace-seq related APIs in a separate header file: trace-seq.h

The pevent_print_func_field function encompasses all the functionality
used in the hrtimer_start handler. Change the handler to use this
function.
This also unifies the function field output with the
hrtimer_expire_entry handler.

Backporting hrtimer plugin.
Backported from Steven Rostedt's trace-cmd repo (HEAD 0f2c2fb):

This plugin adds function field resolving for following tracepoint
events:
timer:hrtimer_expire_entry
timer:hrtimer_start
