2017-06-05tools/lib/lockdep: Fix compilation for 4.11Levin, Alexander (Sasha Levin)1-0/+10
- More rcu stubs - New dummy headers due to sched header split - jhash2 included in due to kernel lockdep inclusion and usage Signed-off-by: Sasha Levin <[email protected]> Cc: Linus Torvalds <[email protected]> Cc: Peter Zijlstra <[email protected]> Cc: Thomas Gleixner <[email protected]> Cc: [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Link: http://lkml.kernel.org/r/[email protected] Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <[email protected]>
2017-01-27radix tree test suite: Remove duplicate bitops codeMatthew Wilcox1-1/+0
By adding __set_bit and __clear_bit to the tools include directory, we can share the bitops code. This reveals an include loop between kernel.h, log2.h, bitmap.h and bitops.h. Break it the same way as the kernel does; by moving the kernel.h include from bitops.h to bitmap.h. Signed-off-by: Matthew Wilcox <[email protected]>
2016-10-24tools lib: Add for_each_clear_bit macroJiri Olsa1-0/+5

2016-07-13tools: Work around BITS_PER_LONG related build failure in objtoolIngo Molnar1-1/+3
The objtool build fails with the recent changes to the bits-per-long headers: tools/include/linux/bitops.h:12:0: error: "BITS_PER_LONG" redefined [-Werror] Which got introduced by: bb9707077b4e tools: Copy the bitsperlong.h files from the kernel Work it around for the time being. 2015-01-16tools: Remove bitops/hweight usage of bits in tools/perfArnaldo Carvalho de Melo1-1/+6
We need to use lib/hweight.c for that, just like we do for lib/rbtree.c, so tools need to link hweight.o. For now do it directly, but we need to have a tools/lib/lk.a or .so that collects these goodies...
