Fix up comment to match virtio 1.0 logic:
virtio_blk_outhdr isn't the first elements anymore,
the only requirement is that it comes first in
the s/g list.

Now that QEmu reuses linux virtio headers, we noticed
a typo in the exported virtio block header. Fix it up.

This allows modern implementations to ensure they don't use legacy
feature bits or SCSI commands (which are not used in v1.0 non-legacy).

Current virtio-blk spec only supports one virtual queue for transfering
data between VM and host, and inside VM all kinds of operations on
the virtual queue needs to hold one lock, so cause below problems:
- bad scalability
- bad throughput
This patch requests to introduce feature of VIRTIO_BLK_F_MQ
so that more than one virtual queues can be used to virtio-blk
device, then above problems can be solved or eased.
