2012-10-24Bluetooth: Read adversiting channel TX power during init sequenceJohan Hedberg1-0/+6
This patch adds the reading of the LE advertising channel TX power to the HCI init sequence of LE-capable controllers. This data will be used e.g. for inclusion in the advertising data packets when advertising is enabled. Signed-off-by: Johan Hedberg <[email protected]> Acked-by: Marcel Holtmann <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <[email protected]>
2012-10-15Bluetooth: AMP: Handle complete frames in l2capAndrei Emeltchenko1-0/+1

2012-09-27Bluetooth: AMP: Physical link struct and helpersAndrei Emeltchenko1-0/+1
Define physical link structures. Physical links are represented by hci_conn structure. For BR/EDR we use type ACL_LINK and for AMP we use AMP_LINK. Signed-off-by: Andrei Emeltchenko <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <[email protected]>
2012-09-27Bluetooth: AMP: Use HCI cmd to Read Loc AMP AssocAndrei Emeltchenko1-0/+2
When receiving A2MP Get AMP Assoc Request execute Read Local AMP Assoc HCI command to AMP controller. If the AMP Assoc data is larger than it can fit to HCI event only fragment is read. When all fragments are read send A2MP Get AMP Assoc Response. Signed-off-by: Andrei Emeltchenko <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <[email protected]>

2012-09-18Bluetooth: mgmt: Implement support for passkey notificationJohan Hedberg1-0/+18
This patch adds support for Secure Simple Pairing with devices that have KeyboardOnly as their IO capability. Such devices will cause a passkey notification on our side and optionally also keypress notifications. Without this patch some keyboards cannot be paired using the mgmt interface. 2012-08-06Bluetooth: Fix hci_le_conn_complete_evtAndre Guedes1-0/+2

2012-06-19Bluetooth: Use AUTO_OFF constant in jiffiesAndrei Emeltchenko1-1/+2
Move AUTO_OFF_TIMEOUT to other constants changing name to HCI_AUTO_OFF_TIMEOUT and convert to jiffies. Signed-off-by: Andrei Emeltchenko <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <[email protected]>
2012-06-12Bluetooth: Update HCI timeouts constants to use msecs_to_jiffiesAndrei Emeltchenko1-5/+5
The HCI constants are always used in form of jiffies. So just include the conversion from msecs in the define itself. This has the advantage of making the code where the timeout is used more readable and avoiding unnecessary conversions. The patch is similar to commit ba13ccd9 doing the same job for L2CAP Reported-by: Marcel Holtmann <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Andrei Emeltchenko <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <[email protected]>

2012-06-08Bluetooth: Add support for encryption key refreshJohan Hedberg1-0/+6
With LE/SMP the completion of a security level elavation from medium to high is indicated by a HCI Encryption Key Refresh Complete event. The necessary behavior upon receiving this event is a mix of what's done for auth_complete and encryption_change, which is also where most of the event handling code has been copied from. 2012-06-05Bluetooth: Rename HCI_QUIRK_NO_RESET to HCI_QUIRK_RESET_ON_CLOSESzymon Janc1-1/+1

2012-03-28Bluetooth: hci_core: fix NULL-pointer dereference at unregisterJohan Hovold1-0/+1
Make sure hci_dev_open returns immediately if hci_dev_unregister has been called. This fixes a race between hci_dev_open and hci_dev_unregister which can lead to a NULL-pointer dereference. Bug is 100% reproducible using hciattach and a disconnected serial port: 0. # hciattach -n /dev/ttyO1 any noflow 1. hci_dev_open called from hci_power_on grabs req lock 2. hci_init_req executes but device fails to initialise (times out eventually) 3. hci_dev_open is called from hci_sock_ioctl and sleeps on req lock 4. hci_uart_tty_close calls hci_dev_unregister and sleeps on req lock in hci_dev_do_close 5. hci_dev_open (1) releases req lock 6. hci_dev_do_close grabs req lock and returns as device is not up 7. hci_dev_unregister sleeps in destroy_workqueue 8. hci_dev_open (3) grabs req lock, calls hci_init_req and eventually sleeps 9. hci_dev_unregister finishes, while hci_dev_open is still running... 2012-02-24Bluetooth: mgmt: Track pending class changesJohan Hedberg1-0/+1
This patch adds a flag to track pending changes to the class of device. 2012-02-23Bluetooth: mgmt: Implement Set LE commandJohan Hedberg1-0/+1

2012-02-23Bluetooth: mgmt: Make Set Link Security callable while powered offJohan Hedberg1-0/+1

2012-02-13Bluetooth: Clean up structures left unusedVinicius Costa Gomes1-4/+0

2012-02-13Bluetooth: Add new structures for handling SMP Long Term KeysVinicius Costa Gomes1-0/+5
This includes a new list for storing the keys and a new structure used to represent each key. Some notes: authenticated is used to identify that the key may be used to setup a HIGH security link. As the same list is used to store both the STK's and the LTK's the type field is used so we can separate between those two types of keys and if the key should be used when in the master or slave role. 2012-02-13Bluetooth: Convert hdev->ssp_mode to a flagJohan Hedberg1-0/+1
