linux/limits.h should be included by uapi instead of linux/auto_fs.h
so as not to cause compile error in userspace.
# cat << EOF > ./test1.c
> #include <stdio.h>
> #include <linux/auto_fs.h>
> int main(void) {
> return 0;
> }
> EOF
# gcc -Wall -g ./test1.c
In file included from ./test1.c:2:0:
/usr/include/linux/auto_fs.h:54:12: error: 'NAME_MAX' undeclared here (not in a function)
char name[NAME_MAX+1];

Handling of autofs ioctl numbers does not need to be generic
and can easily be done directly in autofs itself.
This also pushes the BKL into autofs and autofs4 ioctl
methods.

fix the following 'make headers_check' warnings:
usr/include/linux/auto_fs.h:17: include of <linux/types.h> is preferred over <asm/types.h>

autofs_dev-ioctl.h is included by both the kernel module and user space tools
and it includes two kernel header files. Compiles work if the kernel headers
are installed but fail otherwise.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
