| 2007-10-19 | forbid asm/bitops.h direct inclusion | Jiri Slaby | 1 | -0/+4 | |
| forbid asm/bitops.h direct inclusion Because of compile errors that may occur after bit changes if asm/bitops.h is included directly without e.g. linux/kernel.h which includes linux/bitops.h, forbid direct inclusion of asm/bitops.h. Thanks to Adrian Bunk. | Currently include/asm-generic/bitops.h is not referenced from anywhere. But it will be the benefit of those who are trying to port Linux to another architecture. So update it by same manner Signed-off-by: Akinobu Mita <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <[email protected]> | |||||

| 2005-04-16 | Linux-2.6.12-rc2 | Linus Torvalds | 1 | -0/+81 | |
| Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip! | |||||
