The while loop only peeks at the top request in the queue but does
not yet consume it. Since we only handle fs requests, we need to
dequeue and complete all other request command types with error
just in case we would ever receive such an unforeseen request.

The #define for the maximum number of GPIO blocks was retrieved
into pinctrl-at91.c by implicit inclusion of <mach/gpio.h>
from <linux/gpio.h> creating a dependency on machine-local
<mach/gpio.h>. Break the depenency by copying this single
define into the driver.

Commit 2361613206e6, "of/irq: Refactor interrupt-map parsing" introduced
a potential buffer overflow bug because it doesn't do sufficient range
checking on the input data. This patch adds the appropriate checking and
buffer size adjustments. If the bounds are out of range then warn
loudly. MAX_PHANDLE_ARGS should be sufficient. If it is not then the
value can be increased.

Commit 2361613206e6, "of/irq: Refactor interrupt-map parsing" introduced
a bug. The irq parsing will fail for some nodes that don't have a reg
property. It is fixed by deferring the check for reg until it is
actually needed. Also adjust the testcase data to catch the bug.

Platform devices created by DT code don't initialize dma_mask pointer to
anything. Set it to coherent_dma_mask by default if the architecture
code has not set it.

Firmware is not required to maintain alignment of SMBIOS
entries, so we should take care accessing fields within these
structures. Use "get_unaligned()" to avoid problems.

Some devices, like the Kvaser Memorator Professional, have several bulk in
endpoints. Only the first one found must be used by the driver. The same holds
for the bulk out endpoint. The official Kvaser driver (leaf) was used as
reference for this patch.

If we handle end of block messages with higher priority than a lost message,
we can run into an endless interrupt loop.
This is reproducable with a am335x processor and "cansequence -r" at 1Mbit.
As soon as we loose a packet we can't escape from an interrupt loop.
This patch fixes the problem by handling lost packets before EOB packets.

cper.c contains code to decode and print "Common Platform Error Records".
Originally added under drivers/acpi/apei because the only user was in that
same directory - but now we have another consumer, and we shouldn't have
to force CONFIG_ACPI_APEI get access to this code.
Since CPER is defined in the UEFI specification - the logical home for
this code is under drivers/firmware/efi/

Pull serial fixes from Greg KH:
"Here are 3 tiny fixes that are needed for 3.12-final for some serial

One of them is a revert of a broken patch, and two others are fixes

The icount.reserved[] array isn't initialized so it leaks stack
