2019-03-28 | tty: fix read of tty->pgrp outside of ctrl_lock | David Emett | 1 | -1/+1
The intention was clearly to use the tty_pgrp local variable rather than re-read tty->pgrp outside of ctrl_lock, so do that. This bug was introduced by commit 2812d9e9fd94 ("tty: Combine SIGTTOU/SIGTTIN handling"). Signed-off-by: David Emett <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <[email protected]>

2017-11-08 | tty: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/tty/ | Greg Kroah-Hartman | 1 | -0/+1
It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to audit the kernel tree for correct licenses. Update the drivers/tty files files with the correct SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of the full boiler plate text. This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart. 2017-04-18 | tty: split job control support into a file of its own | Nicolas Pitre | 1 | -0/+554
This makes it easier for job control to become optional and/or usable independently from tty_io.c, as well as providing a nice purpose separation. No logical changes from this patch. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <[email protected]> |
