This switches the iwlegacy driver to use celsius_to_kelvin() and
kelvin_to_celsius() in <linux/units.h>.

Currently 1 is being assigned to *res and then it is immediately
updated with the computed result. The first assignment is
redundant and can be removed.

The variables il->staging.filter_flags, rxon1->filter_flags and
rxon2->filter_flags need to be protected by the mutex lock il->mutex.
This patch adds a lock assertion of il->mutex to check whether
this lock is held.

This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of
it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of
bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.
