The gma500 driver uses empty implementations for some of its encoders.
Replace the code with the generic simple encoder. As a side effect, the
patch also removes an indirection in the encoder setup for Medfield.

I doubt the DP+DP and SDVO+SDVO cloning works for this driver.
i915 at least doesn't do those. Truthfully there could be some very
specific circumstances where some of them would do doable, but
genereally it's too much pain to deal with so we've chose not to
bother. Let's use the same approach for gma500.
Also the LVDS+LVDS and DSI+DSI cases probably don't really exist as
there is one of each at most.
This does mean we'll now leave possible_clones at 0 for these encoder
types whereas previosuly we included the encoder itself in the bitmask.
But that's fine as the core now treaks 0 as a special case and adds
the encoder itself into the final bitmask reported to userspace.

drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() and
drm_fb_helper_single_add_all_connectors() are dummy functions now
and serve no purpose. Hence remove their calls.
This is the preparatory step for removing the
drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() functions from
drm_fb_helper.h
This removal is done using below sementic patch and unused variable

The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:
struct foo {
int stuff;
struct boo array[];
};
By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.
Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:
"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]
This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

The GMA500 driver is using the legacy GPIO API to fetch
three optional display control GPIO lines from the SFI
description used by the Medfield platform.
Switch this over to use GPIO descriptors and delete the
custom platform data.
We create three new static locals in the tc35876x bridge
code but it is hardly any worse than the I2C client static
local already there: I tried first to move it to the DRM
driver state container but there are workarounds for
probe order in the code so I just stayed off it, as the
result is unpredictable.
People wanting to do a more throrugh and proper cleanup
of the GMA500 driver can work on top of this, I can't
solve much more since I don't have access to the hardware,
I can only attempt to tidy up my GPIO corner.

psbfb_probe performs an evaluation of the required size from the stolen
GTT memory, but gets it wrong in two distinct ways:
- The resulting size must be page-size-aligned;
- The size to allocate is derived from the surface dimensions, not the fb
dimensions.
When two connectors are connected with different modes, the smallest will
be stored in the fb dimensions, but the size that needs to be allocated must
match the largest (surface) dimensions. This is what is used in the actual
allocation code.
Fix this by correcting the evaluation to conform to the two points above.
It allows correctly switching to 16bpp when one connector is e.g. 1920x1080
and the other is 1024x768.

Legacy (non-atomic) page flip support is added to the driver by using the
mode_set_base CRTC function, that allows configuring a new framebuffer for
display. Since the function requires the primary plane's fb to be set
already, this is done prior to calling the function in the page flip helper
and reverted if the flip fails.
The vblank interrupt handler is also refactored to support passing an event.
The PIPE_TE_STATUS bit is also considered to indicate vblank on medfield
only, as explained in psb_enable_vblank.
It was tested by running weston on both poulsbo and cedartrail.

This adds a missing call to drm_crtc_vblank_on to the common DPMS helper
(used by poulsbo and cedartrail), which is called in the CRTC enable path.
With that call, it becomes possible to enable vblank when needed.
It is already balanced by a drm_crtc_vblank_off call in the helper.
Other platforms (oaktrail and medfield) use a dedicated DPMS helper that
does not have the proper vblank on/off hooks. They are not added in this
commit due to lack of hardware to test it with.

Drop remaining uses of the deprecated drmP.h in gma500
Replaced drmp.h with forward declarations or include files
as relevant.
Moved all include files to blocks in following order:
\#include <linux/*>
\#include <asm/*>
\#include <drm/*>
\#include ""
And within each block sort the include files alphabetically.

The DRM_UDELAY wrapper from drm_os_linux.h is used in a few places,
all other places calls udelay() with no wrapper.
There is no reason to continue to use this wrapper - so drop it
and direct call udelay().

Drop use of drmp.h from all header files in drm/gma500.
Fix fallout in all files.
In some cases moved include lines and sorted them too.
With drmP.h removed from all header files it can now be removed from
each .c file without any further dependencies

Some machines have an lvds child device in vbt even though a panel is
not attached. To make detection more reliable we now also check the lvds
config bits available in the vbt.

drm_get_format_info directly calls into drm_format_info, but takes directly
a struct drm_mode_fb_cmd2 pointer, instead of the fourcc directly. It's
shorter to not dereference it, and we can customise the behaviour at the
driver level if we want to, so let's switch to it where it makes sense.

This is only used by drm_irq_install(), which is an optional helper.
For legacy pci devices this is required (due to interrupt sharing without
msi/msi-x), and just making this the default exactly matches the behaviour
of all existing drivers using the drm_irq_install() helpers. In case that
ever becomes wrong drivers can roll their own irq handling, as many
drivers already do (for other reasons like needing a threaded interrupt
handler, or having an entire pile of different interrupt sources).

If a non-legacy driver calls these it's valid to assume there is
interrupt support. The flag is really only needed for legacy drivers,
which control IRQ enabling/disabling through the DRM_IOCTL_CONTROL
legacy IOCTL.
Also remove all the flag usage from non-legacy drivers.

- I forgot hibmc, fix that

Both macros evaluate to 0. At the same time flag is already set to
zero since the struct is kzalloc'd in framebuffer_alloc().
As called by drm_fb_helper_alloc_fbi() in the DRM drivers.
