The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

i.MX6SX has a single LVDS port and share a similar LDB_CTRL register layout
with i.MX8MP and i.MX93.
There is no LVDS CTRL register on the i.MX6SX, so only write to
this register on the appropriate SoCs.
Add support for the i.MX6SX LDB.
Tested on a imx6sx-sdb board with a Hannstar HSD100PXN1 LVDS panel
and also on a custom i.MX6SX-based board.

The LDB driver currently checks whether dual mode is used, otherwise it
assumes only channel 0 is in use. Add support for using only channel 1. In
device tree terms, this means linking port 2 only.
Doing this cleanly requires changing the logic of the probe functions from
this:
1. use of_graph_get_remote_node() on port 1 to find the panel
2. use drm_of_lvds_get_dual_link_pixel_order() to detect dual mode
to this:
1. use of_graph_get_remote_node() twice to find remote ports
2. reuse the result of the above to know whether each channel is enabled
and to find the panel
3. if (both channels as enabled)
use drm_of_lvds_get_dual_link_pixel_order() to detect dual mode
Also add a dev_dbg() to log the detected mode and log an error in case no
panel was found (no channel enabled).

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

Same to i.MX8mp LDB, i.MX93 LDB is controlled by mediamix blk-ctrl
through LDB_CTRL and LVDS_CTRL registers. i.MX93 LDB supports only
one LVDS channel(channel 0) and it's LVDS_CTRL register bit1 is used
as LVDS_EN instead of CH1_EN. Add i.MX93 LDB support in the existing
i.MX8mp LDB bridge driver by adding i.MX93 LDB compatible string and
device data(to reflect different register offsets and LVDS_CTRL register
bit1 definition).

With LVDS dual link, up to 160MHz mode clock rate is supported.
With LVDS single link, up to 80MHz mode clock rate is supported.
Fix mode clock rate validation by swapping the maximum mode clock
rates of the two link modes.

drm_crtc.h has no need for linux/media-bus-format.h, so don't
include it. Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when
touching linux/media-bus-format.h.
Quite a few placs do currently depend on linux/media-bus-format.h
without actually including it directly. All of those need to be
fixed up.
