2022-04-25gpio: use raw spinlock for gpio chip shadowed dataSchspa Shi1-6/+6
In case of PREEMPT_RT, there is a raw_spinlock -> spinlock dependency as the lockdep report shows. __irq_set_handler irq_get_desc_buslock __irq_get_desc_lock raw_spin_lock_irqsave(&desc->lock, *flags); // raw spinlock get here __irq_do_set_handler mask_ack_irq dwapb_irq_ack spin_lock_irqsave(&gc->bgpio_lock, flags); // sleep able spinlock irq_put_desc_busunlock Replace with a raw lock to avoid BUGs. This lock is only used to access registers, and It's safe to replace with the raw lock without bad influence. 2021-08-12gpio: Bulk conversion to generic_handle_domain_irq()Marc Zyngier1-1/+1
Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to generic_handle_domain_irq(). 2021-05-12gpio: cadence: Add missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLEZou Wei1-0/+1
This patch adds missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE definition which generates correct modalias for automatic loading of this driver when it is built as an external module. 2019-08-15gpio: cadence: Pass irqchip when adding gpiochipLinus Walleij1-15/+21
We need to convert all old gpio irqchips to pass the irqchip setup along when adding the gpio_chip. For more info see drivers/gpio/TODO. For chained irqchips this is a pretty straight-forward conversion. 2018-12-21gpio: Add Cadence GPIO driverJan Kotas1-0/+291
This patch adds a driver for Cadence GPIO controller. It can be enabled with GPIO_CADENCE Kconfig option. It uses generic GPIO infrastructure and works as an interrupt controller. At the moment it only supports level sensitive irqs. Signed-off-by: Jan Kotas <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <[email protected]>
