This is a driver, do not call "raw" sysfs functions, instead call driver
core ones. Specifically convert the use of sysfs_create_files() and
sysfs_remove_files() to use device_add_groups() and
device_remove_groups()

locked_vm accounting is done roughly the same way in five places, so
unify them in a helper.
Include the helper's caller in the debug print to distinguish between
callsites.
Error codes stay the same, so user-visible behavior does too. The one
exception is that the -EPERM case in tce_account_locked_vm is removed
because Alexey has never seen it triggered.

Pull driver core and debugfs updates from Greg KH:
"Here is the "big" driver core and debugfs changes for 5.3-rc1
It's a lot of different patches, all across the tree due to some api
changes and lots of debugfs cleanups.
Other than the debugfs cleanups, in this set of changes we have:
- bus iteration function cleanups
- scripts/get_abi.pl tool to display and parse Documentation/ABI
entries in a simple way
- cleanups to Documenatation/ABI/ entries to make them parse easier
due to typos and other minor things
- default_attrs use for some ktype users
- driver model documentation file conversions to .rst
- compressed firmware file loading
- deferred probe fixes
All of these have been in linux-next for a while, with a bunch of
merge issues that Stephen has been patient with me for"

Current driver checks if input bitstream file size is aligned or
not per PR data width (default 32bits). It requires one additional
step for end user when they generate the bitstream file, padding
extra zeros to bitstream file to align its size per PR data width,
but they don't have to as hardware will drop extra padding bytes
automatically.
In order to simplify the user steps, this patch aligns PR buffer
size per PR data width in driver, to allow user to pass unaligned
size bitstream files to driver.

ioctl, as it's useless as user never needs to read the data

FME_PR_INTFC_ID is used as compat_id for fpga manager and region,
but high 64 bits and low 64 bits of the compat_id are swapped by
mistake. This patch fixes this problem by fixing register address.

Add a helper to match device by the of_node. This will be later used

"Another round of SPDX header file fixes for 5.2-rc4
These are all more "GPL-2.0-or-later" or "GPL-2.0-only" tags being
added, based on the text in the files. We are slowly chipping away at
the 700+ different ways people tried to write the license text. All of
these were reviewed on the spdx mailing list by a number of different
people.
We now have over 60% of the kernel files covered with SPDX tags:

dma_mapping_error() was being called on a different device struct than
what was passed to map/unmap. Besides rendering the error checking
ineffective, it caused a debug splat with CONFIG_DMA_API_DEBUG.

The refcount of fw_np has already been decreased by of_find_matching_node()
so it shouldn't be used anymore.
This patch adds an of_node_get() before of_find_matching_node() to avoid
the use-after-free problem.

To facilitate additional options to get_user_pages_fast() change the
singular write parameter to be gup_flags.
This patch does not change any functionality. New functionality will
follow in subsequent patches.
Some of the get_user_pages_fast() call sites were unchanged because they
already passed FOLL_WRITE or 0 for the write parameter.
NOTE: It was suggested to change the ordering of the get_user_pages_fast()
arguments to ensure that callers were converted. This breaks the current
GUP call site convention of having the returned pages be the final
parameter. So the suggestion was rejected.

Don't populate the const array dummy on the stack but instead
make it static. Makes the object code smaller by 26 bytes:

After finding a "firmware" dt node stratix10 tries to match it's
compatible string with it. To do so it's calling of_find_matching_node()
which already takes care of decreasing the refcount on the "firmware"
node. We are then incorrectly decreasing the refcount on that node
again.
This patch removes the unwarranted call to of_node_put().

Nobody has actually used the type (VERIFY_READ vs VERIFY_WRITE) argument
of the user address range verification function since we got rid of the
old racy i386-only code to walk page tables by hand.
It existed because the original 80386 would not honor the write protect
bit when in kernel mode, so you had to do COW by hand before doing any
user access. But we haven't supported that in a long time, and these
days the 'type' argument is a purely historical artifact.
A discussion about extending 'user_access_begin()' to do the range
checking resulted this patch, because there is no way we're going to
move the old VERIFY_xyz interface to that model. And it's best done at
the end of the merge window when I've done most of my merges, so let's
just get this done once and for all.
This patch was mostly done with a sed-script, with manual fix-ups for
the cases that weren't of the trivial 'access_ok(VERIFY_xyz' form.
There were a couple of notable cases:
- csky still had the old "verify_area()" name as an alias.
- the iter_iov code had magical hardcoded knowledge of the actual
values of VERIFY_{READ,WRITE} (not that they mattered, since nothing
really used it)
- microblaze used the type argument for a debug printout
but other than those oddities this should be a total no-op patch.
I tried to fix up all architectures, did fairly extensive grepping for
access_ok() uses, and the changes are trivial, but I may have missed
something. Any missed conversion should be trivially fixable, though.

Add driver for reconfiguring Intel Stratix10 SoC FPGA devices.
This driver communicates through the Intel service layer driver
which does communication with privileged hardware (that does the
FPGA programming) through a secure mailbox.

Driver probing fails on non-dt platforms since of_match_device()
always returns NULL here. Add spi ids with device names and
matching driver data as an index of a map array with data for
supported devices. Add this map array and a function for mapping
spi ids to driver data. This allows driver binding to dynamically
added PS-SPI devices (e.g. when added via spi_new_device() after
hot-plugging).

The Xilinx Zynq FPGA driver takes ownership of the PR interface, making
it impossible to use the ICAP interface for partial reconfiguration.
This patch changes the driver to only activate PR over PCAP while the
device is actively being accessed by the driver for programming.
This allows both PCAP and ICAP interfaces to be used for PR.

If mapping the CvP BAR fails, we still can configure the FPGA via
PCI config space access. In this case the iomap pointer is NULL.
On x86_64, passing NULL address to pci_iounmap() generates
"Bad IO access at port 0x0" output with stack call trace. Fix it.

In case of error, the function dfl_fme_create_region() returns ERR_PTR()
and never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check should
be replaced with IS_ERR().
