Rollback currently supported SCMI clock protocol version to v2.0 since
some of the mandatory v3.0 features are indeed still not supported yet.

The clock protocol version as per the SCMI v3.2 specification is 0x30000.
Enable the v3.0 clock protocol features only when clock protocol version
equals 0x30000.
The previous beta version of the spec had this value set to 0x20001 and
th same value trickled down from the initial development. The version
update were missed in the driver.

When storing opps by level or index use xa_insert() instead of xa_store()
and add error-checking to spot bad duplicates indexes possibly wrongly
provided by the platform firmware.

linux/bug.h includes asm-generic/bug.h already and hence replacing
asm-generic/bug.h with linux/bug.h will not regress any build.
Also, it is always better to avoid header file inclusion from asm-generic
if possible.

On reception of a completion interrupt the shared memory area is accessed
to retrieve the message header at first and then, if the message sequence
number identifies a transaction which is still pending, the related
payload is fetched too.
When an SCMI command times out the channel ownership remains with the
platform until eventually a late reply is received and, as a consequence,
any further transmission attempt remains pending, waiting for the channel
to be relinquished by the platform.
Once that late reply is received the channel ownership is given back
to the agent and any pending request is then allowed to proceed and
overwrite the SMT area of the just delivered late reply; then the wait
for the reply to the new request starts.
It has been observed that the spurious IRQ related to the late reply can
be wrongly associated with the freshly enqueued request: when that happens
the SCMI stack in-flight lookup procedure is fooled by the fact that the
message header now present in the SMT area is related to the new pending
transaction, even though the real reply has still to arrive.
This race-condition on the A2P channel can be detected by looking at the
channel status bits: a genuine reply from the platform will have set the
channel free bit before triggering the completion IRQ.
Add a consistency check to validate such condition in the A2P ISR.

"A new drivers/cache/ subsystem is added to contain drivers for
abstracting cache flush methods on riscv and potentially others, as
this is needed for handling non-coherent DMA but several SoCs require
nonstandard hardware methods for it.
op-tee gains support for asynchronous notification with FF-A, as well
as support for a system thread for executing in secure world.
The tee, reset, bus, memory and scmi subsystems have a couple of minor
updates.
Platform specific soc driver changes include:

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.
To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove().
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

Arm SCMI updates for v6.8
Few minor updates:
1. Addition of protocol versioning checks to warn if the firmware version
is newer or greater than the version supported by the kernel driver
2. Increment of the maximum OPP count in the perf protocol from 16 to 32
as needed by a few recent/future qualcomm platforms
3. Optimisation of set performance operations by returning error
immediately and avoiding to send the command to the platform(which
would return error eventually) if the domain doesn't support perf
operations. Similarly, the fastchannel handling is also optimised by
avoiding to initialise the corresponding set operations fastchannels.
4. Extension of extended names helper to accomodate recently added new
flags parameter to be able to properly configure the command used to
query the extended name of a resource.

indexing mode
The multiplier is already promoted to unsigned long, however the
frequency calculations done when using level indexing mode doesn't
use the multiplier computed. It instead hardcodes the multiplier
value of 1000 at all the usage sites.
Clean that up by assigning the multiplier value of 1000 when using
the perf level indexing mode and update the frequency calculations to
use the multiplier instead. It should fix the possible frequency
truncation for all the values greater than or equal to 4GHz on 64-bit
machines.

Fix the possible frequency truncation for all values equal to or greater
4GHz on 64bit machines by updating the multiplier 'mult_factor' to
'unsigned long' type. It is also possible that the multiplier itself can
be greater than or equal to 2^32. So we need to also fix the equation
computing the value of the multiplier.

Platform and agent supported protocols versions do not necessarily match.
When talking to an older SCMI platform, supporting only older protocol
versions, the kernel SCMI agent will downgrade the version of the used
protocol to match the platform and avoid compatibility issues.
In the case where the kernel/OSPM agent happens to communicate with a
newer platform which can support newer protocol versions unknown to
the agent, and potentially backward incompatible, the agent currently
carries on, silently, in a best-effort approach.
Note that the SCMI specification doesn't provide means to explicitly
detect the protocol versions used by the agents, neither it is required
to support multiple, older, protocol versions.
Add an explicit protocol version check to let the agent detect when this
version mismatch happens and warn the user about this condition.

The number of opps on certain variants of the X1E80100 SoC are greater
than current maximum of 16, so increase the MAX_OPP count to 32 (next
power of 2) to accommodate that.

The scmi_perf_domain_lookup requires the protocol handle to have the
private data set, which is yet to happen during the fastchannel init
scenario. This results in a NULL pointer dereference. Fix this by using
the pre-populated perf_dom_info to pass on the required information
instead.

Changes SCMI optee transport to call tee_client_system_session()
to request optee driver to provision an entry context in OP-TEE
for processing OP-TEE messages. This prevents possible deadlock
in case OP-TEE threads are all consumed while these may be waiting
for a clock or regulator to be enable which SCMI OP-TEE service which
requires a free thread context to execute.

Certain SCMI performance domains may have restrictions on the set level
and/or limits operation. If the SCMI domain supports fastchannel and the
set operations are not allowed, then any attempts to fetch the fastchannel
information for set level and/or limits operation will result in the
SCMI platform returning SCMI_ERR_SUPPORT. However, since this information
about the domain is already known to the agent(OSPM here) obtained via
PERF_DOMAIN_ATTRIBUTES, the agent(OSPM) can avoid calls to the firmware
trying to fetch the fastchannel information for the same.
Add those checks and skip querying the fastchannel information from the
firmware based on the information collected during the domain enumeration
stage.

and/or limits operation. If the set level/limits are performed by an
agent who is not allowed to do so may get SCMI_ERR_SUPPORT. However,
since this information about the domain is already known to the
agent(OSPM here) obtained via PERF_DOMAIN_ATTRIBUTES, the agent(OSPM)
can avoid making PERF_LEVEL_SET and PERF_LIMITS_SET calls to the firmware.
Add those checks and return -ENOTSUPP to the caller without interacting
with the firmware based on the information collected during the domain
enumeration stage.

Arm SCMI updates for v6.7
Main additions this time include:
1. SCMI v3.2 clock configuration support:
This helps to retrieve the enabled state of a clock as well as allow
to set OEM specific clock configurations.
2. Support for generic performance scaling(DVFS):
The current SCMI DVFS support is limited to the CPUs in the kernel.
This extension enables it to used for all kind of devices and not
only for the CPUs. It updates the SCMI cpufreq to utilize the power
domain bindings. It also adds a more generic SCMI performance domain
based on the genpd framework that as be used for all the non-CPU
devices.
3. Extend the generic performance scaling(DVFS) support for firmware
driver OPPs:
Consumer drivers for devices that are attached to the SCMI performance
domain can't make use of the current OPP library to scale performance
as the OPPs are firmware driven and often obtained from the firmware
rather than the device tree. These changes extend the generic OPP
and genpd PM domain frameworks to identify and utilise these firmware
driven OPPs.
4. SCMI v3.2 clock parent support:
This enables the support for discovering and changing parent clocks
and extending the SCMI clk driver to use the same.
5. Qualcom SMC/HVC transport support:
The Qualcomm virtual platforms require capability id in the hypervisor
call to identify which doorbell to assert when supporting multiple
SMC/HVC based SCMI transport channels. Extra parameter is added to
support the same and the same is obtained at the fixed address in the
shared memory which is initialised by the firmware.
6. Move the existing SCMI power domain driver under drivers/pmdomain
Apart from the above main changes, it also include couple of minor fixes
and cosmetic reworks.

This change adds the support for SCMI message exchange on Qualcomm
virtual platforms.
The hypervisor associates an object-id also known as capability-id
with each smc/hvc doorbell object. The capability-id is used to
identify the doorbell from the VM's capability namespace, similar
to a file-descriptor.
The hypervisor, in addition to the function-id, expects the capability-id
to be passed in x1 register when SMC/HVC call is invoked.
The capability-id is allocated by the hypervisor on bootup and is stored in
the shmem region by the firmware before starting Linux.

arm_smccc_1_1_invoke()
All the parameters to arm_smccc_1_1_invoke() are unsigned long which
aligns well on both 32-bit and 64-bit Arm based platforms. Let us store
all the members in the structure scmi_smc used as the parameters to the
arm_smccc_1_1_invoke() call as unsigned long.

SCMI v3.2 spec introduces CLOCK_POSSIBLE_PARENTS_GET, CLOCK_PARENT_SET
and CLOCK_PARENT_GET. Add support for these to enable clock parents
and use them in the clock driver.

It is very confusing to use *_v2 for everything applicable until SCMI
clock protocol version v2.0 including v1.0 for example. So let us rename
such that *_v2 is used only for SCMI clock protocol v2.1 onwards. Also
add comment to indicate the same explicitly.

To enable support for performance scaling (DVFS) for generic devices with
the SCMI performance protocol, let's add an SCMI performance domain. This
is being modelled as a genpd provider, with support for performance scaling
through genpd's ->set_performance_state() callback.
Note that, this adds the initial support that allows consumer drivers for
attached devices, to vote for a new performance state via calling the
dev_pm_genpd_set_performance_state(). However, this should be avoided as
it's in most cases preferred to use the OPP library to vote for a new OPP
instead. The support using the OPP library isn't part of this change, but
needs to be implemented from subsequent changes.

Most scmi_perf_proto_ops are already using an "u32 domain" as an
in-parameter to indicate what performance domain we shall operate upon.
However, some of the ops are using a "struct device *dev", which means that
an additional OF parsing is needed each time the perf ops gets called, to
find the corresponding domain-id.
To avoid the above, but also to make the code more consistent, let's
replace the in-parameter "struct device *dev" with an "u32 domain". Note
that, this requires us to make some corresponding changes to the scmi
cpufreq driver, so let's do that too.

Similar to other protocol ops, it's useful for an scmi module driver to get
some generic information of a performance domain. Therefore, let's add a
new callback to provide this information. The information is currently
limited to the name of the performance domain and whether the set-level
operation is supported, although this can easily be extended if we find the
need for it.

Expose a couple of new SCMI clock operations to get and set OEM specific
clock configurations when talking to an SCMI v3.2 compliant.
Issuing such requests against an SCMI platform server not supporting v3.2
extension for OEM specific clock configurations will fail.

Support clock .state_get operation against SCMI platform servers that do
not support v3.2 CONFIG_GET dedicated command: while talking with these
platforms the command CLOCK_ATTRIBUTES can be used to gather the current
clock states.
Note that, in case of shared resources, the retrieved clock state 'flavour'
(virtual vs physical) depends on the backend SCMI platform server specific
kind of implementation.

SCMI v3.2 introduces a new clock CONFIG_SET message format that can
optionally carry also OEM specific configuration values beside the usual
clock enable/disable requests.
Refactor internal helpers and add support to use such new format when
talking to a v3.2 compliant SCMI platform.
Support existing enable/disable operations across different clock protocol
versions: this patch still does not add protocol operations to support the
new OEM specific optional configuration capabilities.
No functional change for the SCMI drivers users of the related enable and
disable clock operations.

SCMI clock enable/disable operations come in 2 different flavours which
simply just differ in how the underlying SCMI transactions is carried on:
atomic or not.
Currently we expose such SCMI operations through 2 distinctly named
wrappers, that, in turn, are wrapped into another couple of similarly and
distinctly named callbacks inside SCMI clock driver user.
Reduce the churn of duplicated wrappers by adding a param to SCMI clock
enable/disable operations to ask for atomic operation while removing the
_atomic version of such operations.
No functional change.

The perf power scale value would currently be reported as bogowatts if the
platform firmware supports microwatt power scale and meets the perf major
version requirements. Fix this by populating version information in the
driver private data before the call to protocol attributes is made.

subsystem that gets split out from drivers/soc to keep common
functionality together.
The SCMI driver subsystem gets an update to version 3.2 of the
specification. There are also updates to memory, reset and other
firmware drivers.
On the soc driver side, the updates are mostly cleanups across a
number of Arm platforms. On driver for loongarch adds power management
for DT based systems, another driver is for HiSilicon's Arm server
chips with their HCCS system health interface.
The remaining updates for the most part add support for additional
hardware in existing drivers or contain minor cleanups. Most of these

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

SCMI v3.2 adds PERF protocol support to optionally define performance
domains that cannot be represented on a linear scale; the platform firmware
can declare the performance levels of a domain as being 'level indexed' and
provide an indicative frequency associated to each of those levels, with
such indexes not required anymore to be contiguous nor to satisfy any
linear-scaling constraint: when level-indexing is available for a domain,
the platform will expect to deal with SCMI requests using indexes instead
of performance levels for that domain.
Add level-indexing mode support to the PERF protocol implementation while
maintaining unchanged the protocol operations interface exposed by PERF;
all the required mapping from performamce levels/frequencies to the
corresponding level indexes is carried out transparently by the core PERF
protocol support: as a consequence no change is either required in any
SCMI driver using the PERF protocol, even when using level indexing.

SCMI transport based on SMC can optionally use an additional IRQ to
signal message completion. The associated interrupt handler is currently
allocated using devres but on shutdown the core SCMI stack will call
.chan_free() well before any managed cleanup is invoked by devres.
As a consequence, the arrival of a late reply to an in-flight pending
transaction could still trigger the interrupt handler well after the
SCMI core has cleaned up the channels, with unpleasant results.
Inhibit further message processing on the IRQ path by explicitly freeing
the IRQ inside .chan_free() callback itself.
