ACPICA commit b4fd33f3c2af014aeec978d46392d286fd7f52b3
Delta calculation has an off-by-one error when there is a rollover.
For example, when start_ticks is 0x00FFFFFF and end_ticks is 0x00000000
(for 24-bit timer), delta_ticks should be 1 (one) but it was 0 (zero).

ACPICA commit 1cdcf16447c15694faa564c0cd8e357b910344a0
Return value from acpi_hw_read is now 64 bits, but the ACPI PM
Timer is defined by the ACPI spec to be 32 bits.

For Linux, there are no functional changes/binary generation differences
introduced by this patch.
This change adds a new macro to all files that contain external ACPICA
interfaces. It can be detected and used by the host (via the host-specific
header) for any special processing required for such modules. Lv Zheng.

PM Timer is now optional.
This support is already in Windows8 and "SHOULD" come out in ACPI 5.0A
(if all goes well).
The change doesn't affect Linux directly, because it does not rely
on the presence of the PM timer.

New version of "indent" program will generate different outputs that
will lead to the divergences between the Linux and the ACPICA.
This patch fixes such divergences caused by the "indent" program.
The version of the "indent" used for this patch is "GNU indent 2.2.11".
This patch will not affect the generated vmlinux binary.
This will decrease 581 lines of 20120913 divergence.diff.

Fixes issues like this:
i_aSL -> iASL
00-7_f -> 00-7F
local_fADT -> local_FADT
execute_oSI -> execute_OSI
Also, in function headers, the parameters are now translated to
lower case (with underscores if necessary.)

These files were relying on module.h to come in via the path
in an include/acpi header file, but we don't want to have
instances of module.h being included from include/* files
if it can be avoided. Have the files include export.h instead.

This type was introduced as the code was migrated from ACPI 1.0
(with 32-bit AML integers) to ACPI 2.0 (with 64-bit integers). It
is now obsolete and this change removes it from the ACPICA code
base, replaced by u64. The original typedef has been retained
for now for compatibility with existing device driver code.

Needed by drivers for new ACPi tables. Internal versions of
these functions still use 32-bit max transfers, in order to
minimize disruption and stack use for the standard ACPI registers
(FADT-based).
