On T4 and later sparc64 cpus we can use the fused compare and branch
instruction.
However, it can only be used if the branch destination is in the range
of a signed 10-bit immediate offset. This amounts to 1024
instructions forwards or backwards.
After the commit referenced in the Fixes: tag, the largest possible
size program seen by the JIT explodes by a significant factor.
As a result of this convergance takes many more passes since the
expanded "BPF_LDX | BPF_MSH | BPF_B" code sequence, for example,
contains several embedded branch on condition instructions.
On each pass, as suddenly new fused compare and branch instances
become valid, this makes thousands more in range for the next pass.
And so on and so forth.
This is most greatly exemplified by "BPF_MAXINSNS: exec all MSH" which
takes 35 passes to converge, and shrinks the image by about 64K.
To decrease the cost of this number of convergance passes, do the
convergance pass before we have the program image allocated, just like
other JITs (such as x86) do.

There is nothing architecture specific in the PCMCIA core, so allow
building it everywhere. The actual host controllers will depend on ISA,
PCI or a specific SOC.

Move the definitions to drivers/pci and let the architectures select
them. Two small differences to before: PCI_DOMAINS_GENERIC now selects
PCI_DOMAINS, cutting down the churn for modern architectures. As the
only architectured arm did previously also offer PCI_DOMAINS as a user
visible choice in addition to selecting it from the relevant configs,
this is gone now.

There is no good reason to duplicate the PCI menu in every architecture.
Instead provide a selectable HAVE_PCI symbol that indicates availability
of PCI support, and a FORCE_PCI symbol to for PCI on and the handle the
rest in drivers/pci.

Some algorithms initialize their .cra_list prior to registration.
But this is unnecessary since crypto_register_alg() will overwrite
.cra_list when adding the algorithm to the 'crypto_alg_list'.
Apparently the useless assignment has just been copy+pasted around.
So, remove the useless assignments.
Exception: paes_s390.c uses cra_list to check whether the algorithm is
registered or not, so I left that as-is for now.
This patch shouldn't change any actual behavior.

System call table generation script must be run to gener-
ate unistd_32/64.h and syscall_table_32/64/c32.h files.
This patch will have changes which will invokes the script.
This patch will generate unistd_32/64.h and syscall_table-
_32/64/c32.h files by the syscall table generation script
invoked by parisc/Makefile and the generated files against
the removed files must be identical.
The generated uapi header file will be included in uapi/-
asm/unistd.h and generated system call table header file
will be included by kernel/systbls_32/64.S file.

The system call tables are in different format in all
architecture and it will be difficult to manually add,
modify or delete the syscall table entries in the res-
pective files. To make it easy by keeping a script and
which will generate the uapi header and syscall table
file. This change will also help to unify the implemen-
tation across all architectures.
The system call table generation script is added in
kernel/syscalls directory which contain the scripts to
generate both uapi header file and system call table
files. The syscall.tbl will be input for the scripts.
syscall.tbl contains the list of available system calls
along with system call number and corresponding entry
point. Add a new system call in this architecture will
be possible by adding new entry in the syscall.tbl file.
Adding a new table entry consisting of:
- System call number.
- ABI.
- System call name.
- Entry point name.
- Compat entry name, if required.
syscallhdr.sh and syscalltbl.sh will generate uapi header
unistd_32/64.h and syscall_table_32/64/c32.h files respect-
ively. Both .sh files will parse the content syscall.tbl
to generate the header and table files. unistd_32/64.h will
be included by uapi/asm/unistd.h and syscall_table_32/64/-
c32.h is included by kernel/syscall.S - the real system
call table.
ARM, s390 and x86 architecuture does have similar support.
I leverage their implementation to come up with a generic
solution.

NR_syscalls macro holds the number of system call exist
in sparc architecture. We have to change the value of NR-
_syscalls, if we add or delete a system call.
One of the patch in this patch series has a script which
will generate a uapi header based on syscall.tbl file.
The syscall.tbl file contains the total number of system
calls information. So we have two option to update NR_sy-
scalls value.
1. Update NR_syscalls in asm/unistd.h manually by count-
ing the no.of system calls. No need to update NR_sys-
calls until we either add a new system call or delete
existing system call.
2. We can keep this feature it above mentioned script,
that will count the number of syscalls and keep it in
a generated file. In this case we don't need to expli-
citly update NR_syscalls in asm/unistd.h file.
The 2nd option will be the recommended one. For that, I
added the __NR_syscalls macro in uapi/asm/unistd.h along
with NR_syscalls asm/unistd.h. The macro __NR_syscalls
also added for making the name convention same across all
architecture. While __NR_syscalls isn't strictly part of
the uapi, having it as part of the generated header to
simplifies the implementation. We also need to enclose
this macro with #ifdef __KERNEL__ to avoid side effects.

All the __IGNORE* entries are resides in the uapi header
file move to non uapi header asm/unistd.h as it is not
used by any user space applications.
It is correct to keep __IGNORE* entry in non uapi header
asm/unistd.h while uapi/asm/unistd.h must hold information
only useful for user space applications.
One of the patch in this patch series will generate uapi
header file. The information which directly used by the
user space application must be present in uapi file.

The device_node.name pointer is going to be removed. As the
device_node.full_name is now just the name+unit-address instead of the
full path, use the full_name pointer instead. This will add the
unit-address if there is one to the resource name.

Remove directly accessing device_node.type pointer and use the accessors
instead. This will eventually allow removing the type pointer.

In preparation to remove direct accesses to the device_node.name
pointer, retrieve the node name from the "name" property instead. This
is slightly less optimal as we have to walk the kernel's DT property
list to find the "name" property.

Now that synchronize_rcu() waits for preempt-disable regions of code
in addition to explicitly marked RCU read-side critical sections,
synchronize_rcu() can be used in place of synchronize_sched(). This
commit therefore makes that change.

The free_bootmem_late and memblock_free_late do exactly the same thing:
they iterate over a range and give pages to the page allocator.
Replace calls to free_bootmem_late with calls to memblock_free_late and
remove the bootmem variant.

Make it explicit that the caller gets a physical address rather than a
virtual one.
This will also allow using meblock_alloc prefix for memblock allocations
returning virtual address, which is done in the following patches.

Prefer _THIS_IP_ defined in linux/kernel.h.
Most definitions of current_text_addr were the same as _THIS_IP_, but
a few archs had inline assembly instead.
This patch removes the final call site of current_text_addr, making all
of the definitions dead code.

arm, arm64, mips, parisc, sh, x86 architectures use the same version of
hugetlb_free_pgd_range, so move this generic implementation into
asm-generic/hugetlb.h.
