NFS: Provide stub nfs_fscache_wait_on_invalidate() for when CONFIG_NFS_FSCACHE=n
Provide a stub nfs_fscache_wait_on_invalidate() function for when
CONFIG_NFS_FSCACHE=n lest the following error appear:
