Using wl183x devices in AP mode with various firmwares is not stable.

The driver currently adds a station to firmware with basic rates when it
is first known to the stack using the CMD_ADD_PEER command. Once the
station has finished authorising, another CMD_ADD_PEER command is issued
to update the firmware with the rates the station can use.

However, after a random amount of time, the firmware ignores the power
management nullfunc frames from the station, and tries to send packets
while the station is asleep, resulting in lots of retries dropping down
in rate due to no response. This restricts the available bandwidth.

With this happening with several stations, the user visible effect is
the latency of interactive connections increases significantly, packets
get dropped, and in general the WiFi connections become unreliable and
unstable.

Eventually, the firmware transmit queue appears to get stuck - with
packets and blocks allocated that never clear.

TI have a couple of patches that address this, but they touch the
mac80211 core to disable NL80211_FEATURE_FULL_AP_CLIENT_STATE for *all*
wireless drivers, which has the effect of not adding the station to the
stack until later when the rates are known. This is a sledge hammer
approach to solving the problem.

The solution implemented here has the same effect, but without
impacting all drivers.

We delay adding the station to firmware until it has been authorised
in the driver, and correspondingly remove the station when unwinding
from authorised state. Adding the station to firmware allocates a hlid,
which will now happen later than the driver expects. Therefore, we need
to track when this happens so that we transmit using the correct hlid.

This patch is an equivalent fix to these two patches in TI's
wilink8-wlan repository:

Using pm_runtime_resume_and_get() to replace pm_runtime_get_sync and
pm_runtime_put_noidle. This change is just to simplify the code, no
actual functional changes.

There are two error handling paths in this functon. When
wlcore_tx_work_locked() returns an error code, we should
decrease the runtime PM usage counter the same way as the
error handling path beginning from pm_runtime_get_sync().

With runtime PM tested working for wlcore with no autosuspend, we can
now enable autosuspend to cut down on enable/disable for interrupts.
Basically we just replace pm_runtime_put() with the autosuspend variants.

Let's use autosuspend delay of 50ms that MMC drivers typically use.

We can update wlcore to use PM runtime by adding functions for
wlcore_runtime_suspend() and wlcore_runtime_resume() and replacing
calls to wl1271_ps_elp_wakeup() and wl1271_ps_elp_sleep() with calls
to pm_runtime_get_sync() and pm_runtime_put().

Note that the new wlcore_runtime_suspend() and wlcore_runtime_resume()
functions are based on simplified versions of wl1271_ps_elp_sleep() and
wl1271_ps_elp_wakeup().

We don't want to use the old functions as we can now take advantage of
the runtime PM usage count. And we don't need the old elp_work at all.
And we can also remove WL1271_FLAG_ELP_REQUESTED that is no longer needed.

Pretty much the only place where we are not just converting the existing
functions is wl1271_op_suspend() where we add pm_runtime_put_noidle()
to keep the calls paired.

As the next step is to implement runtime PM autosuspend, let's not add
wrapper functions for the generic runtime PM calls. We would be getting
rid of any wrapper functions anyways.

After autoidle we should be able to start using Linux generic wakeirqs
for the padconf interrupt.

Using getnstimeofday()/timespec_to_ns() causes an overflow on 32-bit
architectures in 2038, and may suffer from time jumps due to
settimeofday() or leap seconds.

I don't see a reason why this needs to be UTC, so either monotonic
or boot time would be better here. Assuming that the fw time keeps
running during suspend, boottime is better than monotonic, and
ktime_get_boot_ns() will also save the additional conversion to
nanoseconds.

It seems like a historic accident that these return unsigned char *,
and in many places that means casts are required, more often than not.

Make these functions return void * and remove all the casts across
the tree, adding a (u8 *) cast only where the unsigned char pointer
was used directly, all done with the following spatch:

    @@
    expression SKB, LEN;
    typedef u8;
    identifier fn = { skb_push, __skb_push, skb_push_rcsum };
    @@
    - *(fn(SKB, LEN))
    + *(u8 *)fn(SKB, LEN)

    @@
    expression E, SKB, LEN;
    identifier fn = { skb_push, __skb_push, skb_push_rcsum };
    type T;
    @@
    - E = ((T *)(fn(SKB, LEN)))
    + E = fn(SKB, LEN)

    identifier fn = { skb_push, __skb_push, skb_push_rcsum };

This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of
it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of
bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.
