<title>dt-bindings: Fix SPI and I2C bus node names in examples</title>

SPI and I2C bus node names are expected to be "spi" or "i2c",
respectively, with nothing else, a unit-address, or a '-N' index. A
pattern of 'spi0' or 'i2c0' or similar has crept in. Fix all these
cases. Mostly scripted with the following commands:

git grep -l '\si2c[0-9] {' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -e 's/i2c[0-9] {/i2c {/'
git grep -l '\sspi[0-9] {' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -e 's/spi[0-9] {/spi {/'

With this, a few errors in examples were exposed and fixed.

The reset line is supposed to be "active low" (it even says so in the
description), but examples incorrectly show it as "active high"
(likely because original examples use 0 which is technically "active
high" but in practice often "don't care" if the driver is using legacy
gpio API, as this one does).

Instead of listing directly properties typical for SPI peripherals,
reference the spi-peripheral-props.yaml schema. This allows using all
properties typical for SPI-connected devices, even these which device
bindings author did not tried yet.

Remove the spi-* properties which now come via spi-peripheral-props.yaml
schema, except for the cases when device schema adds some constraints
like maximum frequency.

While changing additionalProperties-&gt;unevaluatedProperties, put it in
typical place, just before example DTS.
