We used to pass in NULL for hctx for reserved tags, but we don't
do that anymore. Hence the check for whether hctx is NULL or not
is now redundant, kill it.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
