kobject: Add helper kobj_ns_type_is_valid()

There are too many "(type > KOBJ_NS_TYPE_NONE) && (type < KOBJ_NS_TYPES)"
and "(type <= KOBJ_NS_TYPE_NONE) || (type >= KOBJ_NS_TYPES)", add helper
kobj_ns_type_is_valid() to eliminate duplicate code and improve
readability.
