Add a coex_table.xml for wifi channel avoidance. This table is copied over from the default coex table, with the addition of marking the entire 5G band unsafe if the device is on cell band nr79. Bug: 219427147 Test: build Change-Id: I45fb8d7ba6c6925dea4598612d43df42b2351b0f
