David Chao 20ef1286dc thermal: update thermal config ... 1) Based on Proto1.0 and 1.1 thermal result to modify VIRTUAL-SKIN formula v0.4. 2) Add WLAN and DISPLAY odpm power rail in PARTIAL_SYSTEM_POWER 3) Enable USB overheat protection polling log 3 degC earlier. 4) Set the cdev_ceiling for CPU/GPU to avoid the abnormal throttling request when ODPM has issue. 5) Move target temperature from 45 degC to 41 degC.
