vibrator: stop support primitives THUD/SPIN/LOW_TICK

Keep PRIMITIVE_NOOP, PRIMITIVE_CLICK, PRIMITIVE_QUICK_RISE,
PRIMITIVE_SLOW_RISE, PRIMITIVE_QUICK_FALL and PRIMITIVE_TICK

Also remove the f0_offset setting since not used.
