don't ship Pixel Camera Services on bramble and redfin
...
These are extended support devices, their upstream support ended before Android 14 QPR1.
Pixel Camera Services version that is present in factory images of these devices is incompatible
with 14 QPR1+ code.

It was previously included manually in device/google/redbull because of non-standard XML formatting,
which is now handled by adevtool.
